Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including applicable VAT)

  • Germany: €3.95
  • Austria: €4.95
  • Switzerland & UK: €5.95
  • Europe: €6.95
  • USA: $6.99 (only for products manufactured in the USA)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

Orders with a value of €50.00 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany.

International Deliveries

Orders with a value of €50.00 or more are shipped free of charge to Austria.

Orders with a value of €75.00 or more are shipped free of charge to Switzerland.

At present, we do not offer free shipping to other international destinations.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes approximately 3–5 business days, while international deliveries take approximately 5–8 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period in your order.

For international shipments, additional shipping or customs processing times may occur in individual cases.

The following delivery times generally apply for shipments to the USA:
