Which shipping company is responsible for delivering my products?

  • We naturally want our products to arrive safely and undamaged, which is why we rely on the service of DHL for European transport and the service of UPS for American transport.

Is there a way to track my order?

  • Of course, we will send you the DHL or UPS tracking number immediately after dispatch. This way, you can always check the current status.

How can I revoke my order?
